  Excellent Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches!!  And you have several choices of cheeses, and add-ons.  For the price, it is spot on! I went to the one in Orange, but I'm grateful that there is also one in Irvine, where I live. I'm going there next.

  To the franchise owner...how can you allow your staff to cook, prepare, and serve food WITHOUT GLOVES!!! Dollar store is just across from you, why can't you provide and obligate your staff to wear gloves? I don't like long pink acrylic nails of your staff rolling the cheese and the cold cuts for my $7.99 Italian salad! Ugh! Even if the onion rings came right off the fryer, staff should not hold them with bare hands to put inside the paper bag! Bread should not be placed on wrappers with bare hands! Food sanitation should be your priority! One and done!

  One sunny afternoon I was shopping in the strip mall at Chapman x Main, when I finished my retail therapy I was doubting about what was going to be my dinner... When I saw Philly's Best my curiosity got the best of me and I went there, the place was clean and quiet, and the staff was pretty attentive.
  I ordered one of their delicious sandwiches to go, and I drove home. To my surprise they wrapped up really careful and my sandwich was nice, not soggy.
  The flavor was great!
  Cost/benefit: pretty good! (I only ordered the sandwich no fries, nor beverage)
  Of course I'll be back!
  Recommended when hungry in the area!!!

  I'm very disappointed. I went to pick up my phone order before 9pm because I know they close at that time, however the two workers had already turned off the opened sign, turned off most of the lights inside the restaurant, removed all the fountain drink caps and put away the chili station. I was able to get my food but couldn't buy a drink or have chili's with my 30.00 purchase. I posted photos of the restaurant using the Snapchat time stamp to prove they are closing early. My food was not the same without my condiments. I suggest going to a different location for quality service.

  4 stars for the great food and the amazing customer service!! I've been living on this side of town for over a year and never knew about Phillys Best until a few months ago!! Shame on me! LOL! The first location we tried was the Placentia locale and the service and food was great!
  
  We stumbled across this location on Monday (09/03) and we liked it so much we came back yesterday (09/05) for their $5.99 special for sandwiches. At this location when a day ends with a 5 (September 5th, 15th and 25th) you get any sandwich for $5.99! What really makes this location stands out (besides the food) os the wonderful service we received from the staff, a particular employee named Natalie.
  
  She has a great attitude and knows how interact with the customers so wonderful. For working on Labor day she was pleasant and cheerful! She knew her stuff and keeps the restaurant so clean! The rest of the staff was on point. The minute she finished taking our order they got to work asap on our food!
  
  I haven't been here during a rush so I can't comment on that but both times I've been the food has come out hot, fresh and in a timely manner! I have nothing but great things to say about this location!
  
  I can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu! You can't order a sandwich without getting cheese fries or onion rings! They go together so well with the sammie!
